Chipotle Berry Agua Fresca Copycat
Makes 1 quart / ~4 servings
Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) 2 cups cold water ½ cup pomegranate juice (100% juice) 1–2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”) 2–3 tbsp sugar, honey, or agave ½ tsp lime juice (optional but brightens flavor) tiny pinch of salt
Directions: Blend Strawberries and Water in a blender. Strain (optional)
Stir in: pomegranate juice apple cider vinegar sweetener lime juice pinch salt
Chill and serve over lots of ice.
